Priyam Shah

Priyam Shah is a Senior Associate, specializing in AI Strategy and Automation at The Exit Group. He focuses on building and implementing AI-powered workflows, automation pipelines, and internal tooling that enhance the firm’s research, deal execution, and operational efficiency.

Prior to The Exit Group, Priyam worked as a Founding Engineer at an early-stage startup, where he built a product from the ground up, and as an LLM Research Engineer at UNC Charlotte, where his work on AI evaluation frameworks was published at two leading IEEE conferences.

When he’s not automating workflows, Priyam is in the kitchen attempting to convince his smoke detector that he’s making a perfectly normal Indian curry. Priyam holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
