Alliance Technical Group, L.L.C. (“Alliance”), a company backed by investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (“MSCP”), completed its first acquisition in 2022 with the purchase of C.E.M. Solutions, Inc. Headquartered outside of Tampa, FL, with operations offices in Hernando, FL, and Lenexa, KS, C.E.M. Solutions is a national leader in continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) design, integration, and service. C.E.M. Solutions also provides stack testing services throughout the central and eastern regions of the United States.
