Alliance Technical Group, LLC (“Alliance”), a company backed by investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (“MSCP”), makes its second strategic acquisition in 2022 with the purchase of PACE Environmental (“PACE”). PACE, based in Whitehall, PA, provides stack testing and continuous emissions monitoring systems (“CEMS”) services throughout the northeastern United States.
