Mark Wagner

Mark Wagner is Co-fFounder and President of The Exit Group.  He is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, business consultant and financial analyst.  Mark was the Managing Partner and Owner at one of Long Island’s fastest growing mid market accounting firms for 25 years. Mark also founded Paypro,  one of the nation’s largest independent, privately held payroll providers which he ultimately exited in 2024. Mark has participated in over a hundred mergers/acquisitions and turnarounds. This body of experience has made him very sensitive to the perspective and needs of an entrepreneur who’s selling or capitalizing their business.  This perspective has and continues to shape The Exit Group’s innovative approach to deal origination.
