John Harb

John Harb is a Director at the Exit Group where he leads the Exit Insights research and consulting practice. He works with Exit’s private equity clients to diligence M&A opportunities alongside other strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining the Exit Group, John spent time leading private equity commercial due diligence teams at both Bain & Company and LEK Consulting. He has extensive experience across a wide diversity of industries including business services, industrials, technology, consumer services, and media & entertainment.

John holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He also holds B.S. degrees in both Finance and Accounting from the W.P. Carey School of business at Arizona State University.

Outside of work, John has a passion for oenology and viticulture. He holds multiple wine education certifications and is working towards becoming a certified sommelier.
