Ben Loewenstein

Ben Loewenstein is a Director at The Exit Group. He leads client engagements across a variety of industries and plays an active role in business development.

Prior to joining Exit in February 2026, Ben spent over 12 years at Harvey & Company. During his tenure at Harvey, he initiated nearly 100 M&A transactions within value-added distribution, green industry, consumer, supply chain technology, and packaging machinery markets.

Ben holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a Minor in History from the University of Southern California, where he entered as a Trustee Scholar. Outside of the office, Ben can be found on the tennis court and is widely regarded as someone who merely owns a racket. Ben lives in Southern California and enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
