Matt Churchill is a Senior Associate at The Exit Group, where he plays a key role in business development, identifying strategic opportunities for clients. He leverages his experience to create value and support the firm’s growth initiatives.

Before joining The Exit Group, Matt spent six years in the mortgage industry, earning recognition as a President’s Club Mortgage Consultant and later serving as Director of Sales. His background in sales equips him with a strong understanding of client needs.

A graduate of the University of Arizona, Matt enjoys hitting the golf course and spending time with friends and family, often while catching up on sports.
