(“Fineline” or the “Company”), a fast-growing manufacturer and supplier of disposable tableware and packaging products, including eco-friendly compostable and recyclable solutions. Fineline’s innovative products are highly complementary with Handgards and will allow the combined business to offer a broader portfolio of foodservice solutions to customers across North America.
