Jordan is Co-Founder and CEO of The Exit Group. Jordan helps lead the firm’s private equity and strategic investor mandates. Jordan keeps a constant pulse on industry trends in order to help in the development and execution of investment theses. He helps in the progression and success of quality opportunities that fit the needs of both an investor and a seller.
Jordan has played a lead role across dozens of M&A transactions.
Prior to founding The Exit Group in 2013, Jordan spent several years in the buy side space. Jordan holds a B.S. in Accounting from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
